It is among the shortest days shoot venture, which was merely completed in 36 days. It is a road trip set movie based in Goa wherein all the five characters of the film are seen together. While people wait for its release this week, CineTalkers has embarked with the 7 real time reasons why you should watch Finding Fanny with your family and friends.

1). Unique Plot

The movie Finding Fanny cannot be called as any other movie, which you have seen so far over the silver screens as it comes with unique and different plot. The ninety minute quirky comedy is made both in English and Hindi, which makes it a perfect choice both for Indian and overseas audience. The story line found in this movie is very much different and fresh, which is hard to find in any B Town movie. The five friends are seen on a drive to find out Fanny, an old friend of the lead character. You would simply love to be the co-travel with these people over the road trip.

2). The heavy weight star cast

The comedy satire has some of the best and known star cast found in Bollywood. The stalwarts like Naseeruddin Shah, Dimple Kapadia and Pankaj Kapur, and the new heartthrob like Deepika Padukone and Arjun Kapoor too are seen in it. Together the veteran and the new actors make an incredible amalgamation to catch with. All these heavy weight stars are seen in the characters of interesting passengers on the board, which makes this movie a must to watch.

3). The hot couple factor

The director of the movie Homi Adjania is certainly known to create a good buzz and fuss about his film. Finding Fanny is no exception, wherein you discover five people head out in a car trip to find out a woman called Fanny. The onscreen and off screen chemistry of Deepika and Ranveer has been the talk of the town since past few months. Remember their chemistry over Bhansali’s movie Ram Leela, the audience was stunned to see their incredible and heartfelt chemistry on the screen. At the same time, their alleged love affair off screen too makes the pair hot and vivid in the movie. Though Ranveer is playing the dead husband of Deepika, yet his small presence has created enough buzz, giving people enough reason to watch the movie.

4). Quirky Music

The music of Finding Fanny is as quirky and peculiar as the movie itself. Mathias Duplessy, the musician from France is behind the primary music direction. He embarks with a European spice in the soundtrack of this starrier. The first track of the movie called Fanny Re is written and sung by the talented Rajasthani folk artiste known as Mukhtiyar Ali. He has simply brought forth the bossa nova to Bollywood. You find a pleasant blend of tracks combining instruments like banjo, accordion and guitar in a folk tune. You would find some unconventional and non-playback vocals by Ali, the next song again from this Rajasthani singer is impressive. Above all, the French musician allows you enjoy a song with French and Portuguese feel along with the guitar mandolin lead, backed by madcap English words.

5). The never seen locations of Goa

Except Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara, Finding Fanny is the next movie in Bollywood, which is based on road trips. The only difference between the two is that the former is made in Spain, while the later was shot in Goa and its vicinity areas. The entire movie has been shot over numerous locations of Goa and its neighbourhood areas, which were never shown in the other B Town movies before. The locations including Siolim bridge, Lisbon House based in the village called Assa Gaon, Saint Jacinto Bridge, Three King’s Church, Divar Island and many such places, which are new to people who have never visited Goa. Perhaps this is the basic reason, why the Goa Tourism dept has partnered with Finding Fanny filmmaker to promote this place as the hot destination for tourism in India. The department is piggybacking on this movie in order to popularise Goa among the tourists.

6). The hot and sensual Deepika

If you check Deepika’s the known lucky mascot of Bollywood pictures in Finding Fanny, you find another reason to catch the movie. The character of Deepika Padukone is pivotal in this film, which appears to be the best Goal girl. You can catch this leggy lass in floral dresses having cross necklace. And don’t forget to catch the backless scene of this hot babe along with lip locked session with the new hunk in making called Arjun Kapoor.  It would be interesting to see a Chennai girl transforming into a Goan lass.

7). The Dexterous Director

Homi Adajania is the man behind direction and script of this movie Finding Fanny. Though he has not done too many films, however, all his movies are known to have some of the best stories and unconventional stuff hard to find anywhere in the Tinsel Town. Unlike his earlier two movies – Being Cyrus and Cocktail, Finding Fanny too has everything, which can impress both the audience and critics.
