One actor that remains in this list is Akshay Kumar who holds a Canadian Passport, but his problem is he goes overboard to prove his patriotism by inflating things out of proportion. HIs recent non-political interview with Indian PM sparked the controversy that he does not vote but has silly things to do to make himself alive in the headlines.
When asked by a reporter as to why he did not vote, he simply ignored the question by quickly getting into this car. This made people troll him on Social Media. This finally made the Khiladi of the B Town come on the Microblogging site and address the issue. He went on to say that he has never hidden any fact about having a Canadian passport and does not understand the kind of fuss the issue has. He wrote that he fails to understand that kind of negativity surrounding the issue of citizenship.
He said he never denied about the fact that he holds a Canadian passport, however, he did not even visit the country for the past seven years. He said he works in India and pay taxes in this country. Though he has cleared the air, his action of leaving the reporter unanswered and fleeing away from that place shocked everyone. Instead of clearing the air, he chose to run away.
