Alia Bhatt : From a Bubbly Girl Image to a Serious Role

Alia Bhatt Raazi
Raazi – Calling Sehmat

Before Raazi, her last movie was Badrinath Ki Dulhania and then came the spy thriller after  a six months break. She took a break to spend time with her family and have holiday and then she returned for her best thing in life called acting. She then started shooting for the movie Raazi by Meghna Gular in Kashmir for which she had learn Urdu as well. There she is seen in a very different role and avatar giving her a serious image from bubbly to a simple housewife who is a spy giving an upper edge to her country in the infamous 1971 war liberating Bangladesh from Pakistan.

The fact of the matter as if you check her role and the way she had had performed everything in the movie, it seems that she is taking her character and image from being a bubbly girl to a decent serious avatars. This was her first attempt to try something doing a film wherein she has played the spy in it. The film is based on a true story and with her commendable act, she was able to portray the right image over the silver screen. As you check the film, Alia was seen in a completely de-glam look. Many seemed surprised catching up in a role away from the couture gowns made with some designer labels. There was no makeup her look simply came like a pleasant surprise.

So, from the style and girl with a bubbly role, she has transformed into a new girl and has become really stylish. Even in her upcoming movies, she is seen doing a number of roles that are away from her bubbly and innocent image. The next movie which Alia would be doing include Gully Boy which is directed by Zoya Akhtar and produced by Farhan Akhtar. Then she has another called Bramshastra with Big B and Ranbir Kapoor, which is likely to hit the floor soon. So, we need to be prepared for her another set of spellbound performances shaping her image to some other way. So, what do you say about it?
