Amitabh Bachhan roped in by the state as brand ambassador of the National Horticulture Mission Maharashtra
Finally the state government has somehow convinced the giant star of Bollywood – Amitabh Bachchan to promote the awareness of Horticulture culture in state and beyond it. Soon, you will see him promoting the message of horticulture and its awareness. He will participate in a number of its campaigns that would fall under the National Horticulture Mission encompassed in the agriculture department of the state. This is nothing but an attempt of the megastar to go green in the state and spread the message of green and love for environment. In perspective of the world Environment Day (5th June 2014) just passed, the initiative of Amitabh can be seen significant wherein he will be promoting the sense of green lifestyle. Apart from being the brand ambassador of Gujarat Tourism, he is also involved in several other social causes. This can be called as a welcome step by the megastar.
