When it comes to promotion of the film at small screen no TV show is better than The Kapil Sharma Show. And now we see Anushka Sharma is out promoting her upcoming film Phillauri. She is visiting several reality shows and posting quirky pictures on her social media pages. The actor plays the role of a spirit named Shashi in the film and has thoroughly impressed everyone in the trailer and the recently released songs. Recently, the stunning actor visited the sets of Sony TV the Kapil Sharma Show. The actor was in her usual jovial mood and indulged in a fun banter with the host of the show, Kapil Sharma.
She looked pretty as ever in a floral print cutout shoulder top with powder blue striped culottes and sunset orange laced up heels. The actor had a crazy time during an interaction with the audience present there. She even performed her hit songs and entertained the people present. Talking about Phillauri, the movie also stars Diljit Dosanjh, Suraj Sharma and Mehreen Pirzada in the leads. Directed by Anshai Lal, the film is slated to release on March 24, 2017. It is Anushka’s second outing as a producer after 2015’s sleeper hit, NH10.
Anushka tried her hand at rapping for the latest song in Phillauri, Naughty Billo along with Diljit. The promotional track was picturised on all the four leads of the film. Moreover, Anushka recently was the showstopper along with Shah Rukh Khan for Manish Malhotra’s Mijwan Summer 2017. She is even wrapping up the shoot of Imtiaz Ali’s next directorial opposite SRK. The film is slated to release in August 2017.
