Filmmaker Vivek Agnihotri is back with his question -Who Killed Lal Bahadur Shastri?

Remember the filmmaker Vivek Agnihotri? Yes the same director who made the film Buddha In the Traffic Jam. Well, the talented filmmaker is back and now he returns with a question wherein he announced that his new film. This movie is dedicated to India’s second Prime Minister Mr. Lal Bahadur Shastri.

In his film, he has tried to raise a couple of questions, which relates to the mysterious death of the leader, who had passed away at the young age exactly of 51 years ago on this very date in a plane crash. The filmmaker came on the microblogging site and said that this is his next film dedicated to the late Prime Minister of India Shri Lal Bahadur Shastri and it would come on his 51st death anniversary.

He further exhorted to support and contribute ideas. #WhoKilledShashtriji,” over the microblogging site with the same hash tag as given there, he then thanked the audience for making his previous film  “Buddha in a Traffic Jam” a critical acclaim. He then said that the “death/assassination, questions must be answered. So, better contribute ideas. He then added saying that it will be first crowd sourcing of ideas for a film.

Vivek Agnihotri then even shared the poster of his upcoming movie by saying that he feels it is our democratic right to know if our second Prime Minister of India Shri Lal Bahadur Shastriji died a natural death, or, it was an alleged assassination? He finally questioned, why the cover-up?” We all know how Lal Bhahdu Shastri had died hours after the Tashkent Accord with Pakistan was signed. He was 61 years of age.
