The movie wasn’t effective over the Box office in its first three days. Being released in around 2000 screens all over India, the total box office collection went to around 13.75. The movie is produced by Anil Kapoor and other two leading production houses, while the lead role actors include Fawad Khan, Sonam Kapur, Kirron Kher, etc. while it was directed by Shashanka Ghosh. Though the movie had positive response from the critics and similar was the story for its promos released on the social media sites, yet it failed to garner the same response over the box office. Thanks to Daawat-e-Ishq and even movies like Finding Fanny, things really turned in the favour of it.
The last three day collection went this way, Friday (opening day)- 3 crores, Saturday went a bit high with the figure over the box office as 4.5 crore, while Sunday was recorded the highest with 6.25, with the total figure reaching out to around 13.75 crores. The occupancy rate of the last two days were good, thanks to the performance of the Pakistani actor Fawad Khan, which attracted good number of crowd during the weekend. If this pace continues, you can expect the movie with a decent collection at the end of the week.
