Well, it is based on the life of the underworld don, Dawood Ibrahim who was based in Bombay and used to run a gangster group that was involved in extortion and Hawal.

Such films can be called as Niche movies, which has only selected audience, it cannot be a mass movie for obvious reasons. As per reports, the 1st day box office collection would be around 3-4 crores and it can increase with on the first weekend considering the positive word of mouth buzz found in the media. Now, let’s talk about the Sanjay Dutt starrer movie Bhoomi, which happens to be a comeback film releasing the same day. The film is the first movie of free Sanjay Dutt as he released last year in Feb.
Well, talking about this movie, the buzz has been really cool and it is expected to do better than Haseena Parkar. As per the buzz and reports, the 1st day Box office collection for Bhoomi would toll arourd 5-7 crores. The film is likely to do better over the box office in the first weekend for sure for obvious reasons. Thanks to the strong starcast of the film and the cool enjoy, which makes all the difference not just on the 1st day but also over the weekend as well.
