Amazon Prime now has a B Town superstar in their midst. Akshay Kumar is the first Bollywood star to hop on over the digital platform. It was his son Aarav is behind Akki’s decision to enter into the streaming media bandwagon. It was Aarav only who had persuaded his father to enter into the digital media. So, once he entered into the digital platform, he was quick to be paid a huge amount for their web series, and you would not believe how much is the PadMan actor is making out of this deal.
The Amazon Prime as had him a whopping 90 Crores in India Rupees to the actor to get featured in their web series. Yes, you heard it right, the sources close to the deal has disclosed about this staggering amount. However, no one from the production team has confirmed about the same for this huge figure claimed the sources to the project. While the man revealing this amount has disclosed the same only in the condition of anonymity that Akki’s deal with Amazon Prime is of INR 90 Crores.
Akshay Kumar was not interested to enter into the digital series; however, as per the Amazon Prime’s constant pursual has made him consider. Also, his son also motivated him to sign the deal and enter into this new platform as it would be a new experience and exposure to the actor. With this Akki is the first start in B Town to enter into the digital platform. Talking about his other work, Akki is has several releases this year including Kesari and Housefull 4 to name a few.
