Is Bunty aur Babli sequel with Big B, Jr. Bachchan & Rani Happening?
As we see the season of sequels in B Town, we also hear something about the film Bunty and Babli sequel. The film has brought Amitabh and Abhishek Bachchan in the lead role along with Rani Mukherjee in the female lead. As per reports, the trio will be reuniting for the said sequel for their film released in 2005 called Bunty aur Babli. The sequel of the movie is now titled as Bunty aur Babli Again. As per reports, the makers were quick to expedite things and have even worked out the shooting schedule.
As per reports, the shooting of the film will be scheduled for the coming month. The same reports also claimed that the star cast would remain the same and have worked out on the dates to start the shoot. The makers have been working on the script and they were waiting for long to see the sequel happening for the crime comedy. After taking a long time, the makers were now able to materialize things only now. As of now, we see Rani Mukherjee busy with the shooting of the sequel – Mardaani 2 in Rajasthan.
She is playing the SP of Delhi in the film who is all set to clampdown a merciless and dreaded young criminal. The film is produced under the banner of Yash Raj Film and produced by Aditya Chopra. She also did the film Hichki of her home production, and now busy with the sequel by Gopi Puthran as director. Talking about Jr. Bachchan, he is busy with Anurag Basu’s next film, which happens to be an action comedy. The film also has Rajkummar Rao, Sanya Malhotra, Aditya Roy Kapur, Pankaj Tripathi and Fatima Sana Shaikh in the lead role. This film will be releasing on 21st Feb 2020.
