Narayani Shastri is a known figure in Indian TV and Theatres. She was born on 16th April 1978 in Pune wherein she was born and brought up at. She did her schooling from Pune followed by doing her graduation from Symbiosis College in Pune and later she completed her law studies from Government Law College in Mumbai. As she shifted to Mumbai, she thought of making her career over the screen in acting, thus her association with theatre groups helped her to pursue her dreams. Soon with a bit of struggle she got the chance to work in DD1 serial called Kahani Saat Phero Ki. Soon she got another TV serial called Pya Ka Ghar.
Her next venture in small screen was Mamta aired at Zee TV. Also, she played the character of Kesar in the Virani family of the TV serial called Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi. She then played the character of Tashu the evil wife of Kkusum. She is more known for doing Balaji Production TV serials, though she was not that successful as Smriti Irani or Sakshi Tanvar but has some stature in the small screen world. She soon was seen in a reality show at a small screen. In her TV career, she has played both the negative and positive shades characters. Some of her popular TV serials include Piya KaG har(Zee TV), Ghar Ki Lakshmi Betiyann(Zee TV), Twinkle Beauty Parlour (SAB TV)and Namak Haraam.
Besides, she was also seen in a couple of B Town films including the one called Chandni Bar wherein she essayed the character called Anju. The other two movies include Na Ghar Ke Na Ghaat Keand Pak PakPakaak. Talking about her personal life which often made headline, she was linked to Gaurav Chopra after appearing with in the reality show called NachBaliye. However, after the show, they parted their ways. As per the actress, she also dated Tony (UK Citizen) and was also seen in live in relationship with her boyfriend Gaurav as disclosed by her in a TV interview.
