Nikkhil Advani approaches Saif Ali Khan for his next film Batla House
We know Saif Ali Khan had no films in 2016 and this year, he was seen with four different releases including Rangoon, Kalakandi, Chef and Baazaar. In fact, we recently saw the first poster of Baazaar which was unveiled and Saif looked intriguing in it. Now, as per the latest buzz, Saif was approached by Nikkhil Advani for another film post Baazaar. Yes, Advani has approached Saif for his upcoming directorial titled Batla House based on the famous Batla House encounter.
 Talking about it, a source stated to the daily, “Nikkhil wanted an older, experienced actor to play the role of Inspector Mohan Chand Sharma. He has already bounced the idea to Saif and he has liked it.” When Saif was quizzed about it, the actor confirmed saying, “We haven’t signed anything yet. We are talking about it. But I’m still sinking into Baazaar. Once I get comfortable, we will start talking about it.”
If Saif is on board for Batla House, we will see the actor playing the role of a cop for the first time in his career. And, it will be third outing of Saif and Nikkhil after Kal Ho Naa Ho and Baazaar. Talking about Baazaar, Chitrangda Singh will be playing the role of Saif’s wife in the film. Nikkhil said to a daily, “I’m happy that the cast is looking so exciting. We have Saif, Chitrangda, Radhika Apte and Rohan Mehra Do you wish to see Saif in Batla House?
