There has been the buzz in B Town that the leading love birds – Ranbir and Katrina are hunting out for a place to start their living relationship before they plan to settle down. After a hush-hush house hunt, the duo have finally found out their love nest. Luckily, CineTalkers, came across their plush apartment based in Bandra called Silver Sands. It is a seaside apartment located at Carter Road. They have rented out the penthouse of this apartment wherein the duo would be shelling out the rent of 1.5 million a year.
As per the insiders, the penthouse has two terraces and happens to be sea facing. Ever since the couple decided about the said place, they were seen busy going the souvenirs things, which they were seen picking up their during their overseas shooting. So far Ranbir has lived with his parents at his ancestral cottage based at Pali Hill in the same suburb. The moment the two would return they would complete the paperwork and thus would shift together.
Once they take over and shift to this new place they would be embarking with their house warming party for their friends and family, which would be for sure will be a big one. In the meantime, you better have the view about their new apartment or love nest and wonder what time they would have together staying here.
