Bollywood handsome hunk Shahid Kapoor is all set to garner praises in the role of Maharawal Ratan Singh in upcoming majestic period-drama ‘Padmavati’ by Sanjay Leela Bhansali. Prior to this, the actor earned loads of applause for his role in the film ‘Udta Punjab’ that raked in decent success at the box-office. Now, he has one more reason to rejoice as Shahid Kapoor is now an officially hottest six-pack abs hunk in Bollywood. His competitors were the B-Town’s sexiest leading men. It was based on the fans’ votes from across the globe, fitness experts and social media score.
Shahid’s toned physique has always grabbed everyone’s attention. The UK based Eastern Eye newspaper annually comes up with a list of the globally popular 50 nookyiest Asian Men and Women. This time, Shahid Kapoor topped it by gaining maximum number of votes. Priya Mulji, the columnist of Eastern Eye puts together the list. She praised the winner Shahid by saying “Shahid Kapoor has become popular because of how hard he works and that applies to his physique also. Instead of slowing down after marriage he seems to be working harder, including in the gym and subsequently delighting all the senses of his dedicated legion of fans. The fans are now waiting to see Shahid Kapoor in the film ‘Padmavati’. The aristocratic sets, royal costumes from the film are alluring the viewers. ‘Padmavati’ hits the screens on December 1. Shahid will also be seen in forthcoming flick ‘Batti Gul Meter Chalu’ and it’s likely to release on August 31, 2018. This venture also stars Katrina Kaif and it will be helmed by Shree Narayan Singh.
