Shahid Kapoor & Ranveer Singh Finalized For Ram Lakhan Remake?
So, what’s the latest buzz in the B Town, well, its Shahid Kapoor and Ranveer Singh who have been finalized for the official remake of the blockbuster film Ram Lakhan of 1989 starring Anil Kapoor, Jakies Shroff and Madhuri Dixit. In the official remake, Shahid Kapoor would be playing the character of Ram, while Lakhan’s roles would be played by Ranveer Singh. Though Hrithik Roshan, Ranbir Kapoor and Sidharth Malhotra were among the strong contenders for the role of Ram, while Arjun Kapoor, Ranveer Singh and Varun Dhawan were among the wish list of the director for the role of Lakhan in the upcoming remake of Ram Lakhan, but finally Ranveer was seen making the headlines.
Even though in the original film, Lakhan was played by Anil Kapoor, which was given to Ranveer Singh that goes perfect for this role, while Shahid Kapoor gets the serious role of Ram in the remake movie. The male star cast is decided, while the love interests of these two actors, which was originally carried out by Dimple Kapadia and Madhuri Dixit are still to be decided. This remake movie is directed by Rohit Shetty, while it is produced under the Banner of Dharma Productions belonging to the known filmmaker Karan Johar. Since Rohit Shetty is directing the movie, one can expect loads of action unlike any of his previous films even the bouncing back of people in action would be also seen in the movie.
