Sidharth Malhotra and Alia Bhatt Unite for their next film Sadak 2
We heard a buzz in the media when Sanjay Dutt, Mahesh Bhatt and Pooja Bhatt met. Well, they had a meeting to discuss the screenplay of their upcoming venture called Sadak 2. The 1991 classic movie having Sanjay Dutt and Pooja Bhatt is likely to get the sequel now. However, they are not playing the lead roles in it as the makers have decided to rope in the young couple in it claimed the media reports. This will be played by the young actors – Alia and Sidharth. Yes you heard it right the alleged couple is being considered for the next film.
Earlier we heard that the two actors would be doing Mohit Suri next film called Aashiqui 3 but now the film has gone for a hold. Hence we now have the buzz that the sequel made with the banner of Vishesh Films is likely to replace the same. Though the director of the film is yet to come on the cards yet they are on the progress for the casting for the film, which is hitting the floors soon. Earlier we saw Pooja Bhatt is seen talking about the sequel when she said that her character in the film will be unique, while the role of Sanju is like to remain th esame which will be a chocholate boyish kind of character.
However, earlier Mahesh Bhatt seemed to have deined about the rumors for taking Alia in the sequel. He said that Alia is not the part of the movie as he said it is likely to have Pooja in the new avatar for the film. Unlike the original character, the film will have similar music, which will be the key point of the sequel. He said that they have also finalized two songs for the movie which will have Jeet Gannguli to do the song.
