Sushant Singh Rajput to be the part of The Fault In Our Stars’ remake
It seems that the B Town is making too many Hollywood movies these days. We just had a film called Chef starring releasing yesterday, which happens to be the remake of a Hollywood movie with the same title releasing way back in 2014. A number of Bollywood directors are now interested in making films based on Hollywood movies. And we now hear the romantic drama film from Hollywood known as The Fault In Our Stars to be made soon in Bollywood, which is based on the novel of author John Green. As per the reports, the director Mukesh Chhabra is directing this film and would be making his debut with it.
He has roped in Sushant Singh Rajput as the male lead in it. He was seen discussing the film with the media wherein he said Mukesh was seen introducing Sushant to Abhishek for his first film Kai Po Che which was based on the novel of Chetan Bhagat. He said he always wanted to work with him and now he has got a perfect movie for him. Sushant has confirmed the film and now the director is looking for the lady. The film is inspired by the said Hollywood movie, which will be molded as per the Indian sensibilities.
The story of the film is basically romantic and deals with a teen couple who seems to be suffering from Cancer. When Mukesh was seen asking about this project by the media, he confirmed about the film to be adopted by the said Hollywood film. He informed that he is working on the script at this moment and that he has roped in Sushant for his film.
