Again a busy Friday this October of the year 2014, wherein the audience have too many choices to check over the theatres. These simply include Tamanchey, Ekkees Topon Ki Salaami, Jigariaa and Spark. As far as Tamanchey is concerned it is being highlighted as a fun, romantic and action movie, which moves over the music known to all – Pyaar Mein Dil Pe. The lead cast of the movie include Nikhil Dwivedi and Richa Chadda showcasing the real time don and actress Abu Salem and Monica Bedi respectively. The movie fall under the mid budget category, which is being made for diverse genres.
Despite having more than 1500 screen all across the country, Tamanchey has failed to garner a good response at least if you compare to the other big release ‘Ekkees Topon Ki Salaami. The occupancy rate has gone very low, which is not even touching 5 percent at most of the places. In fact, the experts and trade pundits are calling it as a big disaster checking the dull and low occupancy rate. This has therefore given the figure low as 0.5 crores at the end of the day one for Tamanchey. It seems that the movie is experiencing the heat of last week’s big releases Bang Bang and Haider as there the occupancy rates are still decent and consistent.
