Happy New Year, the much hyped movie of 2014 has finally entered into double century club. As per the figure revealed, the movie at the end of its third weekend tolled to around 199 crores and by the enter of Monday’s afternoon shows, the figure has finally crossed the figure of 200 crores at the domestic box office collection. The total collection for Happy New Year in both domestic and global level went to around 370 crores, which has made the movie to be the 5th grosser in Bollywood. As the movie entered into its third weekend, the movie seemed battling with some released including the one from Hollywood called Interstellar and The Shaukeens.
 Despite the releases the movie was able to do moderate over the box office in its third weekend and the Monday yet to end has finally helped the movie to enter into its the 200 crore mark. The fight seems to be close with the Salman Khan’s movie Kick released this Eid, which crossed the double century figure as well. HNY is SRK’s second successive movie to reach out to this figure over the domestic box office collection. In fact, Happy New Year went ahead and broke the overseas collection for Shah Rukh Khan. Will it turn out to be biggest grosser of the year, let’s wait and watch after the release of PK hitting this Christmas.
